I always loved these types of cookies and this flavor nails it! Shortbread pieces in the fluff and the fudge it the perfect combinatiom.

Chocolatey shortbread goodness!

A very tasty mix of shortbread and chocolate. I love the cookie crisps in the fluff, makes it more reminiscent of the snack it's based on.
