We stand behind every batch. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it at and we'll make it right — with a refund, a replacement, or store credit.
A note on food returns
Because our products are food, we generally can't accept physical returns of opened or perishable items, for health and safety reasons. In most cases you won't need to send anything back — just reach out and tell us what went wrong.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at (a photo helps) and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can't be refunded.
How refunds work
Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact us at .
Pre-orders
Our launch flavors ship as pre-orders (see our Shipping Policy). You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships — just email us.
