CARAMEL CANDY BAR SPREADEEZ: VANILLA SOFT SERVE CASHEW BUTTER HAND SPUN WITH CHOPPED SNICKERS, CARAMEL BITS, CHOPPED PEANUTS, CARAMEL ICING, & CHOCOLATE FLAKES.
What is Spreadeez?
We spent the better portion of a year trying to develop the base of our Spreadeez which is a Whipped Cashew Butter that had similar taste profiles to Vanilla Ice Cream. We we're looking for it to have a Milky Mouth-feel with hints of Fresh Cream. It also needed to be sweet, but not too sweet, and most importantly it had to have the perfect Vanilla flavor that Vanilla Ice Cream has. After hundreds of test runs, we created the perfect balance of flavors that checked all our boxes and the base of Spreadeez was born! From there we bought a bunch of Dairy Queen Blizzard Machines and started mixing up some Ice Cream inspired flavors.
INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla Ice Cream Cashew Butter- Cashews, sustainably sourced palm oil, cane sugar, white chips (sugar, skim milk, hydrogenated vegetable oil [palm kernel oil, soybean oil, palm oil), heavy cream powder, milk powder, vanilla powder, vanilla flavor, natural & artificial flavors.
Chopped Snickers- Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Chocolate, Skim Milk, Lactose, Milkfat, Soy Lecithin), Peanuts, Corn Syrup, Sugar, Palm Oil, Skim Milk, Lactose, Salt, Egg Whites, Artificial Flavor.
Chocolate Flakes- SUGAR, PALM KERNEL AND PALM OILS, COCOA PROCESSED WITH ALKALI, CHOCOLATE LIQUOR, AND SOY LECITHIN.
Chopped Peanuts- Dry Roasted Peanuts
Caramel Bits- SUGAR, CORN SYRUP, LIQUID SUGAR, NONFAT MILK, PALM OIL, BUTTER (CREAM, SALT)
