Shipping policy

Nutty & Nostalgic is a trade name (d/b/a) of Retro Creations LLC. In this Shipping Policy, "Nutty & Nostalgic," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Retro Creations LLC, d/b/a Nutty & Nostalgic.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders placed through our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Launch pre-order: Our first drop is available now as a pre-order. Pre-order items are made to order in batches and ship within approximately two weeks of your order date. Orders ship in the order they're placed as each batch is ready.

After the launch drop: Once we're past the pre-order phase, in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of your order date (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order, and shown to you before you pay.

  • Orders of $65 or more ship free.
  • The 35 lb bucket always ships free, included in its price.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Estimates and Carrier Delays

All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we hand your package to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the products to the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder, or contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate it, contact us right away at jay@nuttynostalgic.com and we'll work with you to make it right. Claims for damaged or lost shipments should be made within a reasonable time after the delivery (or expected delivery) date.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
