It started as a drink in a book — sweet, foamy, butterscotch-y, and impossible to actually order. Then theme parks started pouring it, and people lined up for it. It was never discontinued; you just had to buy a ticket to get one. So we made the version you can keep in the pantry: toffee peanut butter, marshmallow fluff and a butterscotch topping.
